Your Luminous Nature is a four night journey into the wisdom of the body and the creative light that moves you. Through Reiki, ritual, creative practices, movement, and heart-centered community, we'll connect with the inner-knowing that guides you--coming home to your true nature, your luminosity, your aliveness.
Culinary alchemy prepared by a private chef providing three meals a day, in a beautiful 107 acre paradise in the desert.

Invitation
There is a world--no, an entire universe of brilliant light--waiting to wake up in you.
In the ethereal dreamscape of the California desert, in February’s potent Full Moon, we invite you to come home to your luminous nature. To feel the clay of your body come alive with the flow of the universe pulsing through you. To find your inner spring of creative light force and let it move you toward greater expressions of love and aliveness.
We’ll leave the rational world behind, and come into the realm of the heart whose alchemy transforms light into the wondrous matter of your unique being.
Together, we will allow the mineral springs to awaken our emotional body, the wind to connect us to the breath of all our ancestors, and the sun and the stars to ignite our celestial fires.
Together we will worship our bodies as creative miracles of Earth made to create miracles on Earth.
Experience
This immersion in your light will be led by your intuition--your spiritually guided light force energy--and facilitated by Reiki Masters and Intuitive Guides Amy Potter & Jonny Ahdout.
You will meet yourselves as uniquely designed instruments of intuition, and discover how your light plays through you to create the beautiful music of your life.
We will meditate and enjoy guided journeys, do energy work, connect with the natural world around us and within, make art, have conversations and play. We will have time to connect as a community, engage in rituals, and eat incredible food together. We will have plenty of time for solo self reflection and to rest and recharge in the rich healing energies of this landscape.
Our intention is for each person to leave with a fuller heart, a deeper expression of their luminous nature, clarity on how to connect with their divinely designed intuitive body, and to carry home practices that continue to help shine their light and creative powers out into the world.
Each day will include embodied, spiritual and creative practices designed to connect you with the unique ways your body and intuition speak.

We’ll be staying at Bubbling Wells Oasis, a private 107-acre property in Desert Hot Springs.
Three southwestern style homes sit among desert lakes, palm trees, and sweeping views of the San Jacinto mountains.
The property features healing hot springs and soaking tubs, miles of trails, mineral pools, and five lakes surrounded by mature desert landscape. The natural quartz in the land creates a powerful energy vortex!
This is a unique, private and lush location that provides connection with elemental forces in a private, natural, and intimate setting.

'I am a lover of life, love, and light.
I am a Reiki Master, teacher and intuitive guide based in Los Angeles. My most important relationships in life are with my inner child, my higher self, and Source. These relationships are my access point to all life.
Through my practice, I have come to believe that the reason we are here on Earth is to aid in the spreading of light. As the light spreads into the infinite possibility of the void, the Universe expands, and with it, the capacity to love grows.
My work centers on helping people come home to themselves. We are each born with a unique cosmic spark of ineffable magic, which contains within it a creative power that is infinitely wise and unconditionally loving. There is no greater joy in my life than finding my way home to this spark, and sharing what I have learned with others so that they may find their way home to their light, and shine it outwards onto others. 'I see food as a harmonious thread between humans, places, and connections. So I exist to feed people to heal the body and soothe the soul, musing nature and us as One.
Lalla Mina is the living tribute to my grandmothers' culinary legacy. A name that carries the flavors of my lineage, my life's calling.
Born in Rabat and raised in Casablanca, I was nurtured by a household rich in spices, music, and great food. My mother and grandmothers teachers by tradition passed down the sacred rituals of Moroccan cooking. They inspired me not just to cook , but mostly how to infuse food with spirit, joy, and devotion.'
Food as Ritual
During your stay with us, making and sharing food is not merely a pause in the day to feed our bellies but a continuation of the immersion into our luminous nature by experiencing food as sacred ritual to nourish our whole being. We will have the opportunity to gather together in the kitchen and the table to be a part of Yasmina's alchemy: creating love and light through food in community.
A feast for the senses--visually, aromatically, flavorfully--food becomes a full-body awakening of one's own light force.

CHRIS NORTON & BEN AUMAN | AUMANA YOGA
You will have the opportunity to join Chris Norton & Ben Auman of Aumana Yoga in a daily heart-centered yoga practice designed for all levels. Not only is the intentional movement of yoga a way to honor the gift of our bodies and to feel the joy of our light force awakening, but it is also a powerful tool of self-discovery and integration as we deepen our relationships with mind, heart, body, and spirit and expand our luminosity.
'We created Aumana Yoga in Manassas, Virginia, in 2024 to share the practices that have brought greater joy, connection, and meaning to our own lives. Through yoga, meditation, music, philosophy, and healing arts—including Ben’s work as a licensed massage therapist—we invite others to come home to themselves, quiet the noise of the mind, and awaken to the wisdom of the body and heart. Our teaching draws from Bhakti, Kripalu, Vinyasa, Reiki, and yoga philosophy, with a deep belief that practice becomes more powerful when it is shared in community.'
Additionally, Ben, a licensed massage therapist since 2015,
will be available for a limited amount of massage bookings.

Each immersion ticket includes four nights at the 107-acre Bubbling Wells Oasis, daily chef-prepared meals, all retreat practices, rituals and experiences, access to the property’s natural mineral springs and grounds, and our full-moon journey into Joshua Tree National Park, including park entry.
