After a brief wisdom share about Samhain, the ancient celtic festival of the last harvest, we'll dive into specific practices that bring us into the heart, invite surrender & flow, and feel into how 'darkness' & the 'unkown' are powerful tools of transformation and healing, creating space for your highest expression of self.
