This 90-minute Intuitive Reiki session is deep rest for the weary soul journeyer—a sacred space to be held by the earth when you're feeling stuck, depleted, grieving, or exhausted by life's challenges. Through gentle, grounding energy work and intuitive guidance, we'll clear what's blocking you, restore balance to your body and energy field, and help you reconnect with the light of your soul that's been dimmed by the weight you've been carrying. You'll leave feeling grounded, restored, and ready to shine again—rooted in your body, connected to your heart, and supported on your path forward.

INTUITIVE REIKI: WHAT TO EXPECT
This 90-minute session is a journey of deep healing, grounding, and spiritual connection—a place to rest when you're a weary soul journeyer who needs to be held by Earth & Spirit and to connect to the wisdom of the heart.
.We'll begin by creating sacred space and setting intention for what wants to be healed, released, or called in. Through intuitive guidance, I'll connect with your energy field, spirit guides, ancestors, and the messages your body and soul are ready to share.

As you rest comfortably (fully clothed), I'll channel Reiki energy through your body and energy field, working to clear blockages, balance your chakras, and support your nervous system in releasing what no longer serves you. The healing is gentle yet powerful, like roots growing deep into the earth, helping to release ancestral wounds, familial patterns, and stored tension from your cells and energy body. You may feel warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or emotional release—all signs of energy moving, healing happening, and your body remembering how to be held by the ground beneath you.

Throughout the session, I'll share any intuitive messages, guidance from spirit, or insights about patterns I'm sensing in your field. We'll close with time to ground deeply into your body and the earth, integrate what arose, and discuss any guidance or practices to support you as you continue walking your path.
